YOUR COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS
We are pleased to provide the following information to Plantation residents regarding your community’s governing
organizations.
H.O.A.: (Homeowners Association) is the
legal and official governing entity of which every home owner is a member. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and
operation of the common elements. The annual meeting
of the HOA is held in the spring to coincide with the release of the audited financial statement and operating budget for
the coming year.
THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW
COMMITTEE (ARC): is appointed
by the HOA. The committee is responsible for reviewing and approving all proposed exterior improvements to your property/dwelling
as well as all common elements (if applicable).
The committee strives to maintain the integrity, architecture
and uniformity of the property. The committee reserves the absolute right to make final determination on any homeowner’s
request for change or improvement to property. Please refer to the published “Architectural Review Committee Guidelines”
and your covenants and restrictions.
