The following guidelines are for The Plantation at Leesburg from November - March as mandated by St John's
River Water Management District:

7.6 - GUIDELINES Architectural Review 1) Roof repair or mold 2) Siding repair, mold or staining 3) Landscape care and planting 4) Fences 5) Exterior changes ARTICLE VIII
8.5 – PARKING Vehicles are not to be parked on paved surface in front of owners’ lot for a period of no longer than 24 hours in a one week period. ARTICLE VIII
8.6 – PETS Every owner shall have the responsibility for immediately cleaning up after his pet. Please make sure you are adhering to the above list concerning your own home; and if you have concerns about a residents’ home in your neighborhood – download the form below, make a note of the address and violation and submit it to any Activities department. The HOA Maintenance and or Staff will inspect all violations, and if not up to The Plantation standards, the HOA will send the resident a notice of violation. Thank you for your cooperation.
