AMENDMENT VOTE STAGGERED TERMS

HOA DOCUMENTS

PLEASE READ AND VOTE!

 

Purpose: To amend the Governing Documents to change the Board of Directors terms from the current one-year term to staggered two-year terms.

Upon Amendment passing: Three (3) directors will serve for 2022 and 2023 (2yr term). Those three (3) seats will be up for election again for 2024-2025.

 Two (2) BOD members will serve until December 2022 (1yr term). Those two (2) seats will be up for election again in December of 2022 and will become two (2) year terms serving for 2023-2024.

  • Since we had a uncontested election (only 5 candidates ran for the election) the 2021 BOD will retain their seats. The Directors will vote when they have their organizational meeting after the Annual Membership meeting on December 7, 2021 to decide what directors will serve the 2-year term for 2022 and what directors will serve the 1yr term for 2022 and be up for election again in December of 2022 and vote on who will be the officers for 2022.

If you cannot attend the meeting or wish to vote in advance please fill out the PROXY on the back of this page and return it to the HOA Office in person or by mail no later than October 13.

If you wish to attend the Special Membership Meeting you may vote by ballot in person at the meeting on Thursday, October 14, 2021 in the Manor Ballroom at 10am.

Those that have previously submitted a consent to receive HOA Documents and vote via email may print and fill out their proxy then scan and email it to Lee Graffius at  [email protected]
