Advertising Forms & Fees


Advertisements must be in .jpg, MS Publisher or pdf. format. A 300dpi is recommended for clearest printing results.

Scanned ads, scanned business cards and lower quality advertisements will result in blurry printing production. The Plantation Times is not responsible for print quality if these standards are not followed. 

All Ads must be sent by the 10th of the month prior to publication. 
(Example: February 10th to be in the March Newsletter) and only be sent to [email protected]

Please place the name of your Business and the month the Ad is to be published in the email title and attach your file.

Ad submissions not sent to the palnews email and not sent by the 10th of the month are not guaranteed to be included. Missed ads as a result of improper submission or past the cut off date  will not be credited for an additional month and the ad for the previous month will be published if ad payments are current.

Payment for Ads must be by the first of the month for the next months publication. ( Example: renewal is due March 1st, payment must be submitted by February 1)

Staff attempt to contact advertisers 2 months before their ad expires. Expired Ads will be removed from the next months publication.
