New Renter Application

Homeowners may rent out their home for a minimum of 30 days to a maximum of 12 months. A rental application and fee is required for each new rental or renewal. There is a charge for barcodes for all rentals. The Plantation at Leesburg is designated as Housing for Older People and no rentals may have occupants under 18 years of age by law.
